whats a warranty good for unless you sell stuff that breaks a lot? glad its a free warranty.
Yeah, let me sell a product with no warranty since I know my product will NEVER EVER "break" :roll:

s**t happens, manufacturing defects happen. I'd rather my customers be covered than left in the dark.

For you? You the "Pain-In-The-Ass" charge. It's an additional $175 and it's mandatory for you, since I can tell you'd be a "Pain-In-The-Ass" customer.

i'd be the guy who got the broken part and expected it to be fixed as soon as humanly possible. I hate paying for things that break. My money doesn't "break." it was good when i gave it to you and is still good now.

When you spend $13k on a video game machine whats an extra $175?

Oh, it'd get fixed as soon as humanly possible, without the $175. The charge is just having to deal with you.

But you said there's no need for a warranty if my product doesn't break, so I'll be sure to go ahead and not give you a warranty ;)

you know what else i can't stand? when people say "there's nothing i can do." and then after 30 more minutes of arguing with them they do are able to "pull some strings" to fix the problem.
