lmao....actually no its not....i have a candy drawer(my top dressor drawer) full of well....candy lol.....so yea....its all good
So, I got my first water bill living in my new house... This bill was for september *Sept 1st - Sept 26th*, when we DIDNT have a roomate, it was just me and my girlfriend.
Needless to say, I called that s**t in right away, as it was an estimate, judging from the previous month *when we were not living there* so, here it is now, the 17th of october when I gave her my reading, my final bill... $44.40 *Sept 1st - Oct 17th*
I dont know HOW much freakin water the previous people used, but thats god damned CRAZY if you ask me lol

So we're getting one of our investment properties re-appraised to get a little extra money to finish the restaurant, and the current backyard looks like ass...
so i went and took a few pics of the front of the house we actually live in...and used this one to make the other one look better for the appraisal guy who only needs pictures to judge

So this morning I was digging through an old bin from when we moved here.
Found my old yellow hat, figured I'd wear it while I'm driving
