F*ck the Massachusetts rmv

My license was suspended a couple month ago due to none payment of child support. I resolved the matter n got my license re-enstated.

I got pulled over last night n found out the hardway my license is suspended yet again. My first reaction was to call child support. They said they didn't suspended it. So I goto the registry to find out way n they say it never got re-enstated n that I have to pay the $100 fee. I just paid this fine 3 month ago. So I said I'm not gonna pay it again. They said I have to speak to the hearing officer n he won't be into 1
N I already waited 45 minutes to find out what I know now. So now I have to go home witch is 30 minutes away n grab all my reciptes. Just to drive back n wait to talk to the, hearing officer again.

MA RMV sucks. The ONLY thing I like about it, is that I was able to get my motorcycle permit in NY, take a class in Buffalo, then get my class M license in Mass just by filling out some form and paying $15.

I'm actually not a dead beat dad. I have my kids 50% of the time n my child support is payed in full n on time. The reason my license was suspended cause of child support was cause I was unemployed for 2 month N lost my health insurance. I was still able to make my weekly payments of $239 but I was un able to provide health insurance.

So before you speak negative learn the hole storyfirst

Well they fixed my license. The admitted to f**king up. They even fave me a letter to bring to court so I don't get in trouble for driving with a suspended license

After all is said n done my check is $400 a week. That's after taxes, child support, medical. I also bring $500 a month on my Android development if I stay active. My girl brings in $600 a week. So my child support payment don't hurt to much. The judge actually tried to lower it on me but I denied it as I was used to paying that amount n it's for my kids

Yeah, Mass is a "commonwealth", so we do weird s***, like have RMV's instead of DMV's... and OUI's, instead of DUI's... haha

IL has a law of 30% of the father's annual income for child support. A friend of mine back home pays baby momma just at $800/m in child support due to that stupid law.

well i agree with you that does sound rediculous but when you break it down and think about it, $200 a week is not much these days. when you have a kid you need to pay for alot more crap for them

Yessir. I happily pay it n have my kids 50% of the time. Just cause me n the mothers didn't work out don't mean the kids have to suffer. I love my boys
