The ONLY reason these companies exist is because they know there is demand for it.

but companies should think about what they are making before they release it to the public... Yes, cheap people will buy the product... BUT the company should still think about what the quality of their product is going to be before they sell something to someone and it breaks because the COMPANY made a low quality piece of s**t that could potentially cause someone to have a accident. From the company's view, yes a cheap product that they can turn around for a quick buck.... but still, the product is of low quality and the COMPANY should think about that before the sell something that could cause the loss of a father, mother, child, etc...

See when the company came out with this product they "advertised" a great quality part for a cheap and rather affordable price to the consumer, little does the family man know that its NOT a great quality product, and the only way they will know is to let others know that the company is presenting "false advertisement".... that is why i choose to bash and present hatred to the COMPANY not the CONSUMER

as someone stated earlier it is mostly used for the bling factor. that being said, the knock off looks like s**t.

I would rather pay the extra 30 bucks to make sure a company was liable if the product was defective, not some random factory in china. Plus the knockoff does look like s**t. The holes have 3mm burrs and you can see dings and updings throughout it. If I didn't read this article I would thought that's how ASR rolled.

Soo any bet if this thing works the same as the real?? I wouldnt mind buying a fake if it does the same s**t. After all its not a "crucial" suspension component and its still spreading a load over the subframe.

Replacing teh bolts with 10.9 grade shouldnt be too hard, but I doubt the 8.8G's will break.
