Yes that’s with tranny and all, 1500 is a good price installed, what car is it going in and what year motor is your b16? OBD1 or OBD2? If its going in to an EK (96-00) the b16a2 OBD2 is best bet just because its plug and play and the car is set up for OBD2 already, but if it’s a OBD1 engine you will have to convert it unless its going in to an EG OBD1(92-95) than it’s a plug in play due to the fact that those years are OBD1 ready. I installed a b16a2 OBD2 in my 92 OBD1 cx hatch and I had to convert it to OBD1 which in turn cost me much more due to parts but I wanted a new motor with low miles and only a few years of life on it. Most b16 OBD1 engines will be around 10 years old now and are cheaper due to this fact. A good idea would be to replace the timing belt, water pump and oil pump while the engine is out…oh yeah and for good measure spend at least one full day just to clean up the engine and your engine bay of your car, just looks better and its easier to spot oil leaks. hey, thanks man.. the engine is from a 99-00 si, b16a2.. it has low mileage on it.. i haven't seen the actual engine but its my dads friend so i trust the guy.. i think i'll just give the money and let them do it..make my life easier..but i'll swap engine after school and if i'll have stable funds and probably might just go with a gsr engine..i don't know for now. im just spending my little extra money on the exterior, to make my car ready for swap.. are you going on the meet?
