aight dude you know not what you speak about when you say he didnt have his tires up to 100 mph. i was in the car and looking clearly at the speedometer and no the hand brake wasnt pulled, plus this parking lot is slick as s**t when it gets wet, a couple people have fallen on it just from it being wet.
