Well so far I haven't done much except install a slim fan, and clean her up. But once I get paid I'll start doing the big things. Right now I'm debating on whether or not to turbo the H22? Or to just make the Civic as clean as possible with new paint and just everything. Any ideas?

What could be no name parts?
You asked, I answered.

Engine:
-Short Throw Shifter
-Unknown Exhaust?
-Cold Air intake

Exterior
-Muegen Front Lip

Interior
-No name Quick Release steering wheel

Short throws are junk and make it easier for error. Better off with a FLP shifter.
CAI, doubt it's doing much.
Prob not a real Mugen and IMO wouldn't matter anyway, I don't think they don't flow well with the car.

Why do ppl feel the need to flat black rattle can these cars?

I'd do paint first man, a h22 car is always good in my book, a clean one is A++
