Honestly the few times I've been to NYC I just explore places like China town / little Italy, and of course all the landmarks there (statue, ground zero, etc). I bought an illegal turtle in China town once, but the f***er stopped eating like a month into owning him and he essentially killed himself.

You could always rent a car and act like a city driver.. aka do whatever the f**k you want.

Ironically, I'm going to San Diego this Thursday... what's good there? Stone & Ballast Point brewery tours are on the list, as is the Zoo.

Thanks for your advice lol I think I'll stick to walking for now and started to get a hang in subway riding. I'm loving NYC and feeling the whole east coast vibe in the winter even though it's freaking freezing here! Lol it's crazy it's like a bigger vegas everyone and everything is busy but you cannot drink out like vegas.

We did check out the tourist places also, went to Central Park and other places. Yelp help a lot of foodie places whatever we feel like eating. Might check out the Brooklyn bridge before on way to that title-x concert with jay z usher etc tonight.

That's nice you're going to be in sd soon, whats the occasion? First time?

Sd is known for their Mexican food. Gotta try the carne sada fries. Depends where you go you can find some good ones, I suggest use yelp app to see which one closes to you that you should try.

The beaches is nice depending what you want to do. PB (pacific beach) is a nice place to bar hop all the places are close to each other, lots of college hunnies. Ob is more residential but the restrurant and bars are all beach view, and a lil more dirty with bums and druggies but has some good eats like Ob noodle house the places around there. They was on tv couple times. Best for their fried rice, wings, short ribs and they also have pho. Good local burgers places like hodads also locate in downtown

Pho soups are the best in Sd in the country. Pho hoa in Eside, pho ca dao in Rb and pho cow Cali in mira Mesa is always good. Bobalicious in mira mar got good boba also but is a little sweet plus that's where the "honda meat" goes to meet up at 8pm in front of target in that area, idk if they still do it anymore look it up

Gotta check out downtown during the night life on the weekends

Seafood village walking if you have family or gf

Coronado island is best to go take photos or if u prefer to eat fancy with nice view with rich white people lol jk it's all diverse in sd and all friendly

Anything else you're interested in? lmk!

Thanks for this! I'm going to visit a friend of mine from school who landed a job out there at Intuit. He lives in Pacific Beach about 3 blocks from the actual beach so we'll be around that area absolutely. Not entirely sure what we'll be up to the entire time, but it's going to be a fun trip for sure. I'm a big Pho fan so I'll definitely have to get some while I'm there.

Thanks for the advice! I appreciate it :thumbs up
