what are you the defender of domestics, damn dude go to a ford/lincoln discussion board. I am on no pedistal and I never said that my 92 4 door was super fast, nor as fast as your mustang ,that people don't want to see on a civic site.I don't hate domestics, just fords, anyways, my civic looks like a cavalier.
heres my mods list for my "grocery getter"
dc sports header
tannabe exhaust
d16a6 w/ light internal work (not exactly sure what I didn't do the engine work myself, I bought the engine from my friends drag 89civic si, he said some boring & piston work was done?)
iceman cold air intake
custom manifold
tokiko springs
gutted entire backside of interior/took out back seats for weight reduction
17"loco's w/ yokohama
Who else has hatin, ummm, oh , 84 feiros sucked. 87s were the fast backs with 2 more cylinders

don't get me wrong, my 84 sucks ass. only reason i still have it is cause my deceased uncle left it to me. it's got a little sentimenal value if you know what i'm sayin. i'm not defending imports or domestics, i am just here to say that cars are for getting you from point a to point b, whether that be stock or modified. it gets you to the same location (unless it breaks down first).

all i have to say is my dad had a 98 z28 (corvette engine) and it hauled ass, but he sold it and wants to get a new mustang. My dad knows his s**t so there must b sumthin bout mustangs that r awesome. Thats wut he wanted me to get and laughed when he found out i got a civic. He drove my civic and was pretty impressed though. Which is weired since hes used to a 300hp car.

I can understand that man, sorry about your uncle. You should drop a small block v8 in it and turn it into a kit car. I saw the coolest fiero kit car. Its an off road convertible,I think its called an Amigo kit.

I just don't think i have ever seen someone talk so much s**t without anything to back it up. If the sable is a grocery getter what the f**k is your civic. It sure as hell isn't a race car. Your car is also a 4 door economy car.

I have no problem with civics, or imports for that matter, ask anyone who has more than 50 posts on this board or has been here longer than a wekk. But when you start talking s**t when you don't know a f**king thing and you start insulting people i will argue back.

If you want, ask around, see how many of the real members here want me to leave. If the majority of the real import enthusiasts, not just the ricers, want me to leave, i will. But i guarentee that most will back me up.

I can't believe were still talking about how cool fieros are. They are so poorly designed. It was designed as a competitor for the MR2 and just got owned on the track (even with the V6). And it handles good? Holy crap what cars are you comparing it to? It's got a friggen chevette suspension! I tell you, we love those things at the shop here. They make us lots of money with bad bearings, gaskets, ring problems, and that f@wkin stupid parking brake.

Anyways new mustangs are "economy" sports cars, of course economy meaning cheap (cheaply priced & made) not economical on gas. Quit putting words in my mouth b***h!!! there is a mugen civic si in super street with a d16 blueprinted and other goodies with a turbo that ran 11's in the quarter. molded kit and 17's. carbon hood and full interior. thats a beast. i still have the d series in one of my civics--gutted and only running aem intake and vtec timer, with upgraded plugs and exhaust. it will run with mustangs. i also have a 92 si with a b18c5 turboed and blueprinted and balanced. HOLY s**t is all i have to say. a B series is better, but you can make a d series worth a lot more since a hopped up one is ver few and far between. if you have the time to find performance parts for one, go for it. it is hard.

If you're tired of looking at the stang then turn off the sigs or go to a different f**king site.
Mustang's have always been an economical performance car. It isn't a viper or a corvette, but it is a performance car. There is a difference between an economical performance car and an economy car.

I don't have a problem with civics, that is why i am on this site. I want to learn more about them. I'm not here to bash them. Make sense or do i need to f**king spell it out for you?

domestics are very very good at what they are- drag cars. no matter how much money you have to spend on a car and spend for mods, getting a domestic vs an import always ends the same way- the domestic will start out faster, and after being modded, end up faster than the import. theres no discussion, thats just life. imports pretty much suck at drag racing. domestics are built pretty much exclusively for drag. light weight isnt hard to beat when you can make the kind of hp an ancient pushrod v8 can.

why dont you keep insulting people for making you look dumb (not like they have to try, your quite adept at doing that yourself) because it only makes you look even stupider, if thats possible. first, if your gonna insult someones name, at least get it right, its caddy not caddie. and how the hell do you know its refering to a caddilac? he could be a caddy at a golf course. caddy could be a nickname. could be random. you dont know. nor do you know caddy personally so you have no basis to make any sort of judgement of him or his name.
