If anyone wants an update, the motor is still running strong. Not one problem since.

I was going to put a Y8 head on, but I didnt have the money for one. I barely had the money to rebuild it all. I just happened to come across a killer deal on the Y8 pistons/rods.

Of course it was man. I have a bent rod. That means no compression in the cylinder, bad gas mileage, and no power. Now I get 30+ MPG, and can get on the highway w/out killing myself.

And plus, I have 120,000 miles on the motor, and it dosent burn a drop of oil.

Assbag . I have 182,500k on mine and I've gone through almost 3 quarts since my last oil change. I'm due for one though. Coming up on 3000 in a few hundred miles.

I really need to either get a new motor or replace some gaskets on mine. I know for sure I need a new head gasket and oil pan gasket. But can't afford to have my motor out for not even a full day.
