Took a video of my exhaust. I don't even know what kind of exhaust it is. Previous owner said it's a Magnaflow but there's no proof of it. What do you guys think?

I know right! That's what I said when I first bought it. I need to readjust it so I can lower the rear more. How much do you think I should pay for a shop to chop it up and adjust it?
