with that setup get it professionally tuned and you will prolly reach 350whp with the head the way it is. stock d series ignition systems will go strong till 400hp. but really. what more do you want? lol

if its a y8 oil pump your f**ked. as for aftermarket oil pumps you can port your own and its just as good if not better. theres guides out there. hint hint dseries.org.

ohh sorry, vitara pistons are mostly for D series, so my engine is a D16Z6 and its going to the machine shop for the oversize pistons, and for now i have a small turbo, go to google and type TEO4H lol, i wanted 2 push it to its limit, so lets say 15 psi, the turbo is rated for 250hp max..

So you guys think with vitara pistons, eagle rods, arp head studs, ACL race bearing and a STOCK head and stock valves etc will be good ? is there any risk? ohh and it will be fully tuned..

Thanks guys,,,
Your stock head will be fine. That's a small turbo you have. You won't get near the limits or the point of the head not being able to flow with it.

even with stock sleeve with 15psi your gonna easily blow ur motor. even if you have piston and rod and etc. i have fully bottom end build beside sleeve and im only doing 10psi because im afraid of what could happen. so 300whp+ is good for me. mines a b series motor. !
That's not true at all.

You should definatly upgrade your oil pump with all that stuff your throwing on there.
He' should be good with the OEM Honda pump on the Z6, it's the Y7/y8 that typically have the oiling probs.

nice 375 for a single cam. not bad at all! but that motor wont last long. =) unless you have tons of money and dont care hehe =P. you going to run alot of problem after you get that much power..no traction then you have to buy this and that and blah blah. so on. never end i guess...
It's all part of building the complete car. Other parts will be needed to make the car work well together.

increase boost --> retard timing. your head should be fine
Bingo :word:

You have a B series with a fully built bottom end and you're afraid of going over 300hp?
