Getting alot of heat inside my car

SO i changed my shift linkage and a few things under my car and when i did it someone told me to just take off the heat shield under my car because it doesnt realy change anything so i did so.. My car does not over heat or run hot anythign liek that but i am getting alot more heat inside and my shifter also i getting hot and my whole center console for that matter.. Would this be because the heat shield is gone? Other guys i asked said no its just a Honda....

yes, hence the name "heat shield".

Its a common occurance after removing the heat shield. You will get used to it. A/c will help

I have AC and it does.. so do you think i could find a replacement heat shield for it? or should i try and pull one for the junk yard?

You could just put the old heat shield back on
