Import_Girl said:it's cool to see another female "hooking up" her car. it looks nice but not my style...... keep it up--- sooo im with some of the guys what exactly did you do?
Thank you for the comment. As far as working on the car lol I installed the headlights and i learned as much as i could the guys wanted me to watch and learn but i dont think im as coordinated to mod a car like they do, they did everything so fast =( .... I work in south coast plaza (at a cafe) and turned that money into car parts =D as far as labor well it was all free my friends helped me out with that. So im lucky and thankful that they took the time to hook up labor. As far as parts go the most expensive item are the rims and tires but to tell you the truth spending 3k on wheels and tires is far less than what most women out here spend on their breasts like 4-7k for a boob job so i guess it all depends on what a girl wants 4-7k in boobs or if your like me and would rather put that money into a car =D ... you might be surprised as to how many high school seniors out here in OC have breast implants or get them for a graduation gift.
Here is what i can do =D headlights, oil change, change a tire ( if i had a flat ), change sparkplugs, fill fluids, i basically know how to fix minor things. I think i can do body work, suspension, headars, as i watched them do it, it really was not that hard but i dont have the strength for suspension or sanding a car honestly i would love to do what they did all by myself but physically i dont think i could, or it would take me a very long time. As for the stereo thats a whole different story I know that they say it is easy once you do it a few times but there were so many wires i guess i could install a stereo but when you throw in two amps 8 speakers, capacitor, fused lines, etc etc it takes some unserstanding on wireing which i dont know at the moment. =D hope that breaks it down ..... thanks again
