Hi What year is this guage ? and what honda model please

that's too much LED for me. Actually any LED is too much for me. I just mod my own clusters plus the ones I sell. Here's the one in my car now. (no LEDs, just original bulbs)

Love this guage just wondering if you could tell me which model HOnda this is out of please, I have a civic 00 EK model, but no tacho... I want the tacho feature.
