quick question, when they fix it they will be returning it to what i had it right? (si conversion for example) and not all the stock 98 parts..?

honestly, see what they say they might give u 98 parts.. id take the check and buy everything again.. depending on how much they give you..

their considering the car totalled because of frame damage, it still drives straight but it needs a new radiator .. their going to give me 80% of what its worth and the car, so ill probably just pick up a radiator and see how bad the frame damage is, so i can atleast get a hood on it and probably sell it

but idk just some ideas but either way, shes coming home today or tomorrow .. just not in the condition i thought she would be coming home in =/

yeah as of now im still driving the truck, sucks on gas thats for sure

another option is buying another civic cheap and just taking all the parts/motor and putting them in a new one over winter while i drive the truck

i wanted a truck for the winter, i was looking at small trucks like S10's or rangers .. but this one was only $500 and i got him down to $450 so i just grabbed it. its nice having the 8 foot bed, just picked up a hoist and a 240sx motor for my buddy last week .. only complaint, gas

its gonna look the same as the accident pictures because their considering it totalled (frame damage) and giving me cash.

im taking the bumper and hood off, maybe the headlights as soon as i get it back .. might get pics up as i go

just got the car back, and just from peeking behind the sagging bumper and above it, its got pretty bad frame damage..

so we took one of the two options with insurance, their giving us $4300 and the car is back at my house. im not sure what im going to to with the car yet, probably going to sell it as is, and either get another civic or something rwd
