a little update: finally got tint!! 
i went with 20 all around, also gave the wipers, and valve cover some much needed paint, and while I was at it installed a strut tower bar, and got some clear tails. Still need to fix the front license plate, and I'm gonna try buffing out those dull bumpers one day, definately needs a set of rims next

I plan on getting a paint job sometime soon here, going for a Lush Blue; maybe a carbon fiber hood since mine has ripples in it. I plan on also putting my set of OEM fog lights on. Spoon Front Lip, Evo 4 Side Skirts, and a Type-R Rear lip just like your friends. Should look sharp when I'm done with it.
I just lately got a lot of the mechanical problems fixed on mine 1200 dollars worth of labor and parts... How's your car doing in that area?

Hey everyone it's been a while but i have managed to fix the front license plate, and buff the front bumper and near the gas door, I also waxed it again, and collected some parts but thats about it.
As far as mechanical goes I must say I'm very lucky i haven't had any real issues with this car yet, I have changed the heater cables, and the blower motor was making a clicking sound so i got one from an accord, the biggest issue im having right now is that the oem mid pipe is falling apart, but i have that taken care of with a mint mid pipe from a junk yard i got for $20

i tought the same thing..lol and am i seeing things or does ur friend have a shifter light on his auto ej like wth. and nice find im seriously thinking of going with a eg but hard to find a decent shape one here in massachusetts just get some rims or oem wheels and start on that suspension needs a drop like yesterday
thats one clean hatch you pick up. you had done a teriffic job from the beginning to now. i have a 6th gen coupe, but i still love the 5th gen civic. looks like you will have a little hard time because seems like the hatch is a virgin. but nice coupe and hatch.
