a little extra sidewall doesn't hurt, but i'm getting mine in the same size as oem.

ugh, $715.76 w/ steelies (tax incl.)
thats how much I make in a year. :word:

I f**king hate GameStop, im tired of my friends driving 2010 cars (bought by mommy and daddy) and they aint even got jobs, and me working my ass off and cant even freaking afford an oil change, seriously, im going to quit that damn job, i spend more on gas going there than what I make.

What jobs are avaliable for a bilingual 18 year old with +2 years of work experience in retail and is currently in college? note: I will NOT ever work on fast food, never, And I will never work retail, ever again.

======

EDIT

my PepBoys headlights, got them for $20

Jay.

The kelvin (symbol: K) is a unit increment of temperature and is one of the seven SI base units. The Kelvin scale is a thermodynamic (absolute) temperature scale referenced to absolute zero, the theoretical absence of all thermal energy. By definition it is zero kelvin (0 K).
So, the higher the number the hotter (white light that i prefer) and the lower the number the cooler (blue tint light that you prefer)

I recommend Home Depot, Menard's, and Lowes.

so serisouly. take it easy and just toss back a few favorite root beer's later on tonight. it'll feel good after a long day of work.

From my experience, its not the rich kids that will inherit this earth. I went to a private highschool with tons of "rich" kids. These were the kids that lived the dream in highschool and college but find the real word to be quite a shock. Live within your means and dont compare yourself to anyone. Work as hard as you can to make the best of your situation now. Not all wealthy people "fell" into money, most have put in the 80 hour weeks and the sleepless nights to get there.

Alberto when you are interviewing for a salaried job the employer doesnt care what kind of car you drive, if your suit is from TJ Maxx or Saks, it ALL comes down to your track record and due diligence. No amount of money can buy good work ethic...and on a resume that is priceless

Oh i know, crappy income is better than no income, but still, i need a new job, after summer i'm going to be looking for a job at a hospital, be an intepreter or something, why after summmer? Because DURING summer I am going to Mexico, then New York with my GF (she goes there every summer, her daddy lives there, and HE invited me) so yeah, i can't like get a new job, then expect to get all summer off.

Hopefiully they hire me at the hospital, its like right next to my house, and saying "I'm an intepreter at the hospital" sounds helluva lot better than "I work at...gamestop...."

^if this hospital interpreter job is what you want, be persistent. Call them once a week to followup. A phone call takes a few minutes

Well, intepreting is pretty much what I do at GameStop, I'm the only one that speaks spanish and english in there, so that makes me a valuable asset.
And I will start stoping by the hospital a couple months before summer, to check up and stuff, i may even do volunteer work like...now to get my face known, and once i come back from NYC, i will apply there, and if i get the job, goodbye GameStop, and hello Edward Medical Center.
:D

maybe. It all depends what you want as a job. a garbage man might no be a job that i would like to have, but there's a person out there right now who's got that job and is happy because it is what they want to do. i use to work at a hardware store. I liked it. I helped people and learned alot about hardware. I knew i wasn't going to make a career from it, but what i did know is that whatever i learned there i would apply it at my next position.

I always wanted to work at gamestop, i applied several times too. Never got got a call back. I figured i would be good at it since i liked video games. Just think about all the things you've learned at gamestop. Not just the video game stuff, but leadership, vocational skills, merchandising, quality control, customer service, ect.. Now those things you've learned, think about where you can put them to good use. You'll come to realize that what you've learned through your first jobs is what gives you foundation to pretty much succeed in any other job.

^nice mang

No one really knows what they want to do in life but we all have to start somewhere. You may be dissatisfied with your job now but in order to get a different one you'll have to depict every good quality about gamestop and why you were "the best gamestop employee of all time".

You can get a job because your a good interviewer (confident, direct, inquisitive)...doesnt mean you'll keep the job lol but first things first. Sounds like your on the right track tho :thumbs up
