Yup. f**k Best Buy! I went and raised a big stink with the store manager and the only thing he could tell me is that they could send it out to get another one. I told him bs and im not going to wait for another bunk box. and grabbed my s**t and walked out. Now im going to send an email to their corporate office to see what response i get. My mom did this once and got a full refund!
FYI if you have to send it in 3 time's they'll refund you w/in store credit than you can get the new one. I did that w/my 1st ipod after 3 yrs.Yup. f**k Best Buy!
