So eating healthy is not agreeing with me...lol.. Got myself some steamed broccoli and grilled chicken... Dropped most of the broccoli on my pants and the chicken taste like wood.. f**k this..

get a rice cooker with a steamer, put uncooked rice in, put the steamer on top and put the thawed chicken and broccoli on it. Meals done 20-25 minutes later BOOOOM

Yup, you should put a little catch tray or something underneath to prevent the chicken from draining onto the rice, but steamed chicken ftw. Keeps the moisture in better and doesnt taste like the bottom of a frying pan
