I'm getting a can of seafoam to soak the injectors and plugs in and clean the intake filter if that if that don't do's it I'll move on to the dis cap

no CEL is strange, does it crank? Tell me when and I'll come over and try to attempt to help.

No CEL.. It turns and sputters.. if I give it gas it'll die.

well my elementary tech knowledge says if you give it gas and it dies, it's not burning that gas and flooding the engine. You checked the spark plugs yet? Even how they look can give you clues to what's going on.

I haven't done anything to it other than fix the exhaust.

shane may be on the right track, imho, with the flooding. good that it turns over, but is there any combustion going on? there's only 3 parts to the formula....
