Damn man, good news!my car started today, now I know ist the relay. its a dam dealer part.
yeah let me go get my soldering kit and my mettle press warmed up. Dam what did i do with all those resisters I had.. I could probably still use the plastic casing from the old relay..Just do it yourself?? Unless the relay is part of the pump it cant be that hard.

Yeah my shits pretty rusted too, that's the one thing I'm worried bout.....it should be. my problem was that my oem exhaust was one big piece of rust. those bolts werent going anywhere. they hacked that catback off! hahaha
i snapped the bolts off my axle back and it was rusted shut to the b-pipe. that axle back did not move at all for the year i ran it without any bolts holding it
