Stopped by ProFunction again today to leave a deposit. I met some of the regulars all of whom are cool people. Actually met up with a couple of them and played pool tonight. I told them about this forum and they should be joining sometime soon. These guys have got some fast cars that were built by the shop, they said they're willing to bring them out to the meets when the weather gets good. Which now brings me to the question of do you guys have regular meets at a designated place during the summer? Does anyone here go to the tracks at all? These guys go on a regular basis when its open so perhaps we can have some clubcivic members come out as well. Oh my, i cant wait until spring!!

what happened to you coming back?

still on my mind....but there are a few things.

1. i hate chicago winters so its not happening now.
2. i should be getting promoted soon which is purely a pay raise but i loose it if i leave before i get it
3. trying to sell my car to pay off some debt since i dont use it but moving to chicago i cant hence debt stays
4. i need to convince myself thats its ok to leave my family as much as they want me to be here.

Me and my husband usually meet up with Mikey from there up at Great Lakes Dragway for Import Wars in Union Grove, WI from April until October.

so as much as I like to think my car is very rockable in the winter it isn't.

I failed this morning 30 mins to try to get 1 door open, I could get it to budge enough for my fingertips to get in the door crack. Usually i can break it free but there was sooo much Ice this morning, it f**kin beat me. I had to have my gf drop me off at work. Fukin sucked! I was 1/2 frozen solid, fingertips aching, 20mph wind at 5 degree's yeah not an ideal morning to say the least.
