So my old boss just called me. He wants me to work for him. He needs someone organized that can do recieving and picking and such. It would be in a freezer. During the day. Possibly more money, but maybe not cuz he doesnt know what i make now. THe question is do i jump to days and possibly get bored and go no where or do i stay on nights and be the right hand man forever.

go where the money is at, especially right now. its basically "look i got a good thing going on here, what do you have to offer me?"

i just never been a fan of people trying to take employees from other companies

Id be in the same company. Just instead of HRI(hotels, resturants, & industries) id be working in the home shipping/gifts dept. Shipping for QVC, HSN, Swiss Colony, etc etc etc...
