umm they arent metal but they arent the normal ones you just lay out on the ground

they came with these hard foam matts and you unzip the pad and put the matt inside so it becomes rigid. they are an inch or two thick and pretty firm.

they work fine for me.

I almost rattled my rear view mirror off the windshield last night.. found some pretty bass heavy breakbeat sets on mp3 I had in the car. It was probably the loudest I've ever had the stereo on my car

Hopefully I can get my door speakers in this week.. gonna try some I bought 2yrs ago. Depending on how that goes, I may just get some new ones instead.
