I just got my first basketball hoop at my house since I was 10 years old.

I just got done playing for about 3 hours with some buddies, I cant believe I haven't played in so long.
SO DAMN FUN!

btw, I think I might be going straight to stage 2 tune and skip stage 1.

I just ordered a invidia down pipe and a cat delete.
soooooo, that will be pretty much a stage 2 tune.
Only problem is I need to figure out how to create back pressure so i don't get boost creep.
I want to keep my internal waste gate and not have to go with an external one.

Anfrey, or any other turbo savvy people, ideas?

smart thinking about skipping stage 1. money saved. the catless invidia v3 sounds mean as hell!! i think you're really gonna like it.

as for boost creep, without an ewg, you could port the wastegate ($$$$$$) or just not open up your exhuast as much (if you have the stock catback, that will work). i heard ppl saying u can tune it out, but that just doesn't make sense to me since it's a physical restriction. maybe use a high flow cat after the DP?

yeah, that makes sense, although I have a 3inch cat back currently on. I also heard I can get it tuned out, but i really want to get the most out of it. i think I may have jumped the gun on getting a cat delete. I should have gotten a high flow cat. that would have built enough back pressure. eh, maybe I'll order I high flow cat and return the cat delete. I just hope I can get all the parts delivered and installed by my tune appointment this saturday. gonna be tough.

I'm trying, I really want my car to be quick. not that its not now, I'm just getting used to the power, so i want more.

what have you done in terms of suspension so far tony? at least get the sways and endlinks done? i don't feel safe adding more power without tightening the suspension up first...

suspension is done, STi struts with eibach pro's.
STi sways are sourced, just not in my hands.

and I feel totaly fine with doing power upgrades.
you have to remember that unlike my other cars, i really dont beat this one up.
I baby it most of the time. Just for days like tomorrow (rallyx tomorrow) I want more power for corners and such.

Ive had the struts on for less than 24 hours. i haven't quite had much fun with them yet.
they came up for sale at the last minute and I snatched them up. finished installing late last night.

so far, so good. but believe it or not, Ive been playing ball on my new basketball hoop most of the day. you'd figure i'd be out driving, lol

dude i'm so jealous you have a hoop, s**t i used to play for 3 hrs a day every day in highschool, soo much fun i miss those times and miss shooting some hoops, hardly any hoops here in chicago to begin w/much less anyone to play w/.

I gave the shipper the wrong zip code for my job address. UPS tracking says "address corrected". I want to call just to make sure its coming here and not elsewhere but if I remember correctly, they can't do anything once its on the truck.

I hope they got the address right..
