hey man, they came out great. you are doing the same thing imma doing, but backwards. I just finished my calipers and moving on to the lighes. keep my updated on how you are doing.

edit: i wonder if you could get that authentic CTR shine if you put a clear coat on over the graphite...?

no would would not.. real ek9 housings are more reflective than shiney.. almost like a gunmetal mirror... not so much a gloss paint color..

OoOo..should've never painted that corner light reflector...i hate mines because i forgot to tape it..now it's not as bright as it's suppose to...turned out good though

I would have put tape where the bulb reflector is.

I meant the part where the bulb goes. That is not suppose to be painted. If you notice at night it is not as bright as it used to be.

It should look like this: Of course these are Real CTR's but you should get my point.



you should still be able to see the reflection of the bulb.

and it should be bright like this:

I wasn't going for the excact CTR replica anyway, I just called them that because I didn't know what else to. It doesn't really matter much anyway
