i got a question i want to ask you guys, i know a guy that is selling a 91 LS, with a 3 angle valve job, port and polish, and an unorthadox carnk pully, he wants 600 bucks for the whole motor and the ecu, thats all should i get it or not

does it come with an intake manifold and such as well? if so, go for it.

yea it comes with everything but the tranny and shift linkage and motor mounts, it ran a 9.58 in an 1/8 when it was put in a crx so im guessin the same if not better in my car, i plan on putting a cam and higher compression pistons in it if i get it, i might as well build it some more and make it strong as f**k, but thats only if i buy it

Going into a 5th gen??? Depending on state law, it may be illegal. Older motors on newer cars are a no no and if it's just a longblock. I'd pay no more than 4 for it. 3 angle means nothing, pulley's are cheap, the port and polish is the only perk to the whole deal. You can get a full newer LS swap from a junkyard for a little more.

So it's a complete longblock. Still too much. Like I said, Honda junkyard here sells complete LS swaps that are newer for a little over a G. I am on the west coast though and parts and motors are more abundant. Keep in ming that all the power adders listed are not a factor in price except for the P&P. Low ball him to 4bills and if he don't bite. Don't buy.

i paid 1400 for my complete LS swap, and THAT was a GREAT price. the best i found. and LS long block for for 550-700 in yards around here...
