I must say SI's really are played out, but I prefer OEM SI wheels over any aftermarket wheel on the market. Honestly.

Never really liked Si's.. even when people were killing each other to get a set..

..and why are you modding it if you're about to sell it?

i would rock those wheels.
I dunno about the SI's, yea it's fresh. But is that what ur goin for, more oem?
Yeah, like I said for some reason I'm not really diggin aftermarket parts. I guess it's because OEM parts look / peform good because they were specifically designed for the car.

so is 450f/400r a pretty good GC setup? would that be good for my daily driver with some agressive auto-x'ing?
Yeah, I had a long conversion with one of the reps there and thats what he suggested. Thats exactly what im going for - a daily driver / auto-x.

car does look really really good. dont ever doubt it. i like both rims. i favor other rims voer the si rims because of how "flat" the face of the rims are. i like depth or dimension to rims.
That's the one thing I dislike about them. I too, prefer deep dish rims. Now imagine if the si rims were deep dish...

wow...... stock......

that's unique...... revolutionary even

i love what you haven't done with your car

/sarcasm

then stop modding
Last time I checked, OEM rims and mudguards weren't considered mods? Wow, JDM and every aftermarket part in the tuner industry, thats unique. Everything is played out. So hate all you want..

Too bad with HX rims your limited to certain brakes. Wouldn't fit the ITR calipers. I prefer function / form.

Sorry bro, been crazy busy with school / work lately. Ill hit you up though, no worries. You still need those splash guards? I saw the car and its looking good, ill have to see it in person some time.

Like I said above, I don't really consider oem parts "modding".

Thanks for the comments everyone

the instant you installed them, they became mods.
especially when you swap out parts to install them

and there's nothing less unique, less imaginative, or more "played out" than stock ;)

Love the stance and the mudguards, still iffy on the rims though. They certainly don't look bad, I just prefer the others.
