Hazards and blinkers just quit

Blinkers and Hazards were working fine this morning when I left for work leave for work now they don't work you can hear them click click click but there's no light all bugs are good there's no electrical short that I can find I can't even find the hazard relay would that be my problem any help would be nice thank you
