i think that it may be too bright, although its safe for the driver, for the other drivers, it may be blinding/distracting... and also, that some of the HID's used to have the color changing effect maybe too distracting as well.. i know i get distracted when i see a bimmer with color changing lights.. i just stare in my rearview mirror in awe

What kind of bulbs are the type that have that color change effect? U know, its a purpleish/blue at an angel, but like super bright when ur in front of it? I think thats how they are, anyways, any1 know what kind those are?
