Headlights

Okay so I went to go adjust my headlights (they are aftermarket ) and on my passenger side low beam the adjustment screw that moves the beam up and down is somehow messed up. I am able to push the screw in with ease but it will come right back down to where my headlights won’t be adjusted properly. HELP!

It shines to low and I can’t adjust it bc it won’t do any good rn

There is no screw that's used to adjust it, it's a small gear you turn with a Phillips screwdriver.

Well it had threads like a screw. Either way what can I do
