i hate adjusting windows! this is a pretty detailed write up...basically if it were me i would loosen all those bolts that were pictured (just slightly...enough so they can move a littl but still hold things up) and then roll the window up and down several times watching where and how the bolts change position. try to tighten them as they will sort of "self correct" themselves. you may also want to use actual grease on the teeth of crank. and if you cant pull the pins out with a pick, and door have a window crank removal tool ($6 at pepboys), you can even use a t shirt and wedge it up there and the side without the loop (the side you WOULD use the pick on)
