Help turbo setup spittting gas

i didnt do the chipping so i dont know exactly, i asked and he said that he had every sensor disabled that would cause the cel to go on

hmm..it almost sounds like either:

1) a chip setting is messed up, but idk why that would cause cyl#3 to flood. It sounds your injector is f**ked, in which cause your CEL would be on. So idk what to tell you. Im sorry, did you say you've gotten it to work on another ECU or something? what have you trieD?

After trying 3 different ecu's (2 chipped, one by me and one by mbter, and then his stock one) it was still spewing no matter what ecu.
