So fixed short. Ignition wire had bad connection I also dialectic every clip relay and fuse still notice low power untill 4000rpm but can now use every power option at once and no problems
i had same problem with a truck i had and i thought it was battery and alternater and it was my starter but yea my lights would dim car would shut off and somtimes not start and somtime i had to jump the battery to start it and it was my starter
