Hey guys, ive been looking over the internet and i cant really find anything helpful and i have searched here as well....i cant boost up until about 5-6k and i know why now....my wastegate is stuck open...Does anyone here know how to fix the wastegate from being open all the time? I have a 7psi spring in there and it hardly is boosting and it sucks...my car feels slower then stock and sounds like a friggin truck...so please help me fix it!

Where do your vacuum lines run to?
Its a tial style wastegate and the lines are run to the break booster....but the blowoff valve is also t-eed off of the wastegate as well since they both go to the break booster...

YEAH! i didnt get one of those....never seen it before, but it makes complete sense cuz u can see where the exhaust is leaking from around the wastegate cuz there is a black burn type of mark....do you know where i could get just the ring?? Ive tried searching on ebay...and thanks for the quick replies and the help. greatly appreciated

okay cool....the tial ones are relatively cheap and i have a 38mm wastegate and they sell a fire ring for a 38mm and its only like 14 bucks or something on one site, but i am definetely gunnna call the company today
bump...i called the company today and they told me to get the item number...but seiously i bought this stuff like 2 months ago, like im gunna be able to find the damn item number..so i found one website with the valve seats for 15 bucks...but they wont let u order something unless you spend 20 dollars and shipping is like 20 so its gay...does anyone know anyother websites? btw that website was forcedperformance.net ...so any other sites would be great or if anyone has an extra one for a 38mm tial that i could buy? thanks

XS power ones, sometime dont coem with them, i know i bought one from someone on ebay, it wasent from the company but some one who bought it and sold it, and he didnt send it to me. BUt my bro bought a new one and it came with it.
yeah i called them and they said that all of their wg come with the rings or valve seats but i dont ever remember getting one

oh well ill just order one i guessi know that the fire ring is a ring insert....but do you guys think that the fire ring flange is the same thing....it looks like a gasket but with a ring on it....ill post a link to one and let me know what u think....

okay maybe ill just do both...mine is a knockoff too because my other flange actually blew out too. probably b ecause it was a POS...thanks for all the help ryan
