Oh, I SO wanna post more pics, but now it's SNOWING again. Ugh. Nothing worse than getting a new toy and not being able to play with it.

Couple of observations I made during the drive back from Detroit: 1. The Chevy Cruze is a monster truck, I swear my eyeballs are at about the top of its wheel wells with the new low-pro tires dropping me another inch or two, 2. This is most definitely my favorite chassis and 3. It feels strange to be worried about what my car looks like. Too many beaters in my past lol

So, we ready for a couple pics? Of course we are, this is clubcivic.com. :D Here it is, v2.0 (for now):

I know some people don't like the 4th gen, or don't like the color, or both, but damn if this isn't my most favorite (obtainable/realistic) car ever. Rico couldn't get the center garnish to light up ("there's a resistor box and all sorts of weird s**t"), so that's still on the shelf for now. The LED spoiler however, has 100% working diodes and looks sweet. Didn't get a pic, didn't bring anything long enough to shove against the brake pedal. Next time. The skyjacker status in the back wheel well of the rear pic is from the lean toward the water. The front pic is a better measure of how it sits. I'm thinking just a lil moar low.

On to the rear brake disc conversion, AP2 front calipers, 15/16" EX master cylinder upgrade, rear subframe brace and LCAs, and a WS2 exhaust. Should be done before the end of the summer. Then: motor.

Anybody got any rust comments now?

Hatch came out fresh, those wheels deserve a polished face though
Thanks! Do you mean polished lips? I didn't go for it because 1. everybody and they granny have black wheels with polished lips around here and 2. I don't want anything to detract from the purple calipers that will soon be residing behind said wheels. They wouldn't pop as much with shiny lips blangin' away. Plus, the rims are circa 1989 and would've taken quite a bit of work to be put back into a condition that would've looked good polished up lol

Ordered up the purple powder for the calipers.

I think a polished lip would bring out the purple calipers, draws the eyes to the wheel which leads to the calipers.
