Well in my mind the guy was acting stupid, and the girl should have called the cops. But in a legal view the guy did try to put him in a headlock which shows he did touch him first. When the guy pulled out his skateboard the yellow shirt guy should have just walked away and called the police also. The guy was a major dink but the yellow shirted guy did lunge at him first. Police have shot people for going to their glove compartment, jacket pocket, or even lunging at them with a object yet unknown. The matter should have been handled by the police and the yellow shirt guy should have been smarter than to lunge at the guy plus then stand there and tell the guy to hit him. If I was old yellow shirt I would have figured I screwed up after lunging and just booked it out of there. In my own mind "6" people should have got together and F^cked his s**t up, but in a real world they should have left him alone and called the cops. Just my 2 cents

if you say "hit me" then legally the person can. My best friend was in trial for that. He hit this older guy and broke his orbital eye bone, nose, and knocked out a few teeth. Whenever he went to trial the guy was giving his statement and he said that he told Brandon (my friend) to hit him. The charges were dropped because they said that whenever he said to hit him, it legally gave brandon permission to hit him.

btw...I can't see the video either. But everyones discussion said that the guy said "hit me" so I thought I'd put in my experience with that....
