Hi, new to the site in a sense, I joined back in 2010, however I've never posted. Guess I just gravitated towards H-T for whatever reason.

That said, a bit of a backstory. I'm Cody, owned an "EF" Si a few years back, since then I attempted to make the practical decision of leaving 90's Hondas for a newish Fit; since then, I've dreamt of my return to the cars I love.

As such, I'm in the process of selling/trading my Fit in order to obtain a 99/00 Civic hatchback. Also, some folks from Club Integra may recognize me/my username, but who am I to know if there's any crossover between the members of both sites.

Now for my car history:

The first car I ever did anything to was my 2003 Galant; 'modifying' that never went further than world-spec tail lights, wheels (BBS RG-R and Ray's G-Games Sidewinders) and lowering it.

After selling that because I didn't want to deal with swapping in a manual transmission, I picked up a '91 Tahitian Green Civic Si, 100% stock, it was great. I then threw on a set of J's Racing N1 coilovers and some SSR Comps. Best car I'll ever own, I regret selling it every day.

Once I made the mistake of selling the Si, I attempted to replace it with an Integra LS, already outfitted with crap China coilovers, faux-ITR kit and an HKS HiPower cat-back. I made it suck a bit less in my few months of ownership with a Mugen Gen 1 spoiler, shift knob and pedals, as well as an ARC Magic Shift Pattern Plate.

As I hinted above, I sold the Integra quickly after purchase as it didn't compare to the Civic, regretting my sale of the Civic I tried to buy a car that I could keep stock for a while. That said, I bought a Fit, and proceed to ruin it with a J's Racing grille/lip/spoiler/shift knob, lowered it, some wheels and a few exhausts.

Thanks for looking!

It's funny, a lot of people hate on civics, but never a previous civic owner. No, they're not powerhouses and never will be (without a ridiculous amount of cash), but they're fun, reliable, comfortable cars. Soul food will never amount to the prestige of fine french cuisine, but there's something about a heaping pile of mashed potatoes and gravy with some fried chicken that just feels right.

Anyway, welcome to CC!

Wait, do you rally have a license plate of all 0's?

That's awesome!!! I actually wanted the license plate PSSHHHH a while ago with my Civic, but it was taken. Now the Civic is off the road, and ironically out of all of NYS I found out I work in the building NEXT to the guy who has that plate... 2014 Genesis :???: lol

Anyways, welcome to CC! Your cars all look(ed) good too! All look clean and well maintained :thumbs up

Welcome back to the site!
Agreed on that pic. Either that one or the one with the orange 2012 Fit.

Haha, no I wish I did. The 0's were to protect the security of the car; I live in a relatively low crime area, however I didn't want to risk my Advans getting stolen.

Update:

The Fit is sold, I've now got the capital to purchase a Civic. On the lookout for 99-00 hatchback OR...an EM1. I'll keep you dudes in the loop.
