Honda Civic 2004 part reference

Hi,
I got this damaged part that fell down from the driver side of my car.
I was looking online for the name or reference number of the part but was unsuccessful.
Grateful if someone can help me to identify the part in the pictures attached.

It is made of Rubber and i suspect it come from the clutch pedal..
It has the following written on it :
HONDA
>EPDM PUR-E<
S5A-RH

I'm assuming, only based on the looks of it being rubber and having the foam padding, it fell from the interior driver side?

Yes. The interior driver side.

Looks like some sort of cover that goes over something to the power steering rack. If you google just the S5A-RH, A few things come up for the rack itself. I'd take it to a dealership and see if they know what it is.
