its the new lotus there putting a tweaked out celica engine with 190hp so they can bring it over to the us. It was on top gear to they tested it against a apache to see if they could get missile lock.

celica ENGINE, and it's the fastest street-legal car. there are plenty of faster track cars (just look at formulas), but this has to be the cheapest 2 second 0-60 car i've ever seen. bet that sucker runs 10-11's "stock".
