I'm pretty sure they have kits for that at auto part stores. You could just change out the switch that comes with the kit with the switch you want. If my old girlfriend's mom in TX can do it, I'm sure you can ;)

thats pretty straight forward. your horn already has power to it, the wire that is in the steering wheel is a ground. when you push the button it completes the ground and sounds the horn.

find the blue/green wire in the column or in the green plug behind the radio. attach it to a switch and the switch to a ground point.

ha.. i mean i can wire it no issues.. my problem is more on a honda wiring side.. i understand its just a momentary switch.. but WHAT to cut into is the issue.

thanks everyone for the feedback.. i would really like to get this done..

i got that from the12volt.com which is usually pretty reliable. its a good start anyway, just test the wire first, make sure its not hot with a test light and then ground it with a jumper wire and see if the horn works

and it'll be green with blue stripe

i don't think the wire will be the same color at the horn because it has to go through a relay first

ok but COULD you "honk the horn" just by grounding that one wire you (both) were talking about?

aight. i got a reliable source and this is the wiring color it gives. it says the wire is blue to gray at the steering column. and it is a negative trigger. the wire will be running a 12 v constant to it at all times. when u push on the button, it will drop to 0 because it grounds the wire.

now this is from my own dead thoughts.

you should be able to wire a 2 point switch to it. ground 1 side, and the other connect it to the actual wire. when u flip the switch to on, it should give the wire a ground and activate the horn. I AM NOT 100% POSITIVE ABOUT THIS... but i would think it would work.
