Why would you want to go OBD2? OBd2 has limited tuning support. Most people go form OBD2 to OBD1. And OBD0 to OBD1 not to OBD2. So whats your reasoning for this?

makes a lil more sense, but you really would be better off with an obd-2 -> obd-1 conversion harness and grab and obd-1 ECU or chipped p28 to run it.
