I used gloss black paint. Just take your time and it will come out all right.

i used flat black bbq paint when i did mine, but ive heard of people using gloss and it turning out good .. the key is to use high heat cause it adhears better in my experience

the gloss just looks shinier, i did someone elses 5g accord with gloss and thought it looked better ... but its all on personal preference

id still be driving that accord if the A/T didnt blow up at 165k miles .... had it from jan 04 - may 05 ... now im riding a 96 integra

I did mine in gloss, and I love the way it came out. It flows better with the exterior paint if you ask me.

Problem is its gotta be 100%. If the match isn't perfect it look real bad.

I've seen some that are paint matched, i think they look good. You pretty much sand down wherever there is chrome. Sorry not to familiar with the 04-05's

its the same with the 04-05's, youll just have to sand using a little higher grade.

it's coo, i want to paint match mine because i like how the new FITs have them paint matched or like the Corvettes headlight paint matched assembly.
