it must be 4500 rpm in that engine, it might be out of a jet-ske or something. The link does say honda-marine. but either way its still VTEC, it works the same no matter what engine, or how many cams you got.

Thats cool that they got vtec on boat engines too. I seen one of the motors they put on a boat for monster garage had vtec. That would be neat.
