may i ask what i have circled in RED is for?? i've seen that on a few and wondered, what is its purpose??

that's for the silencer that holds it in place so it just doesn't pop out while you're driving

Can you by the canister alone and then add piping to the cat, or do you have to by the whole exhaust system itself?

iv heard of ppl doin that, and useing there own pipes and stuff, and actully getting more of a gain from it, but im not to experianced in that field, is that totaly impossible? just curious

the silencer should just pull out with plyers -if it is stuck spray some wd-40 it should slide right out and by the way when u take it out your car will be much louder-- the silencer reduces the sound to almost stock levels so when u take it out its gonna sound dope-- what else do u have done so far

not much just what I have listed on my sig. I'm actually waiting till after new years to do more mods, had to save up for christmas, kids come first. But I had the dude try with plyers but didn't try wd-40. now should I spray it around the lip or inside the pipe. but thanks i'll try that as soon as it stops raining here.
