first i sprayed it white, then when it dried i put a few layers of chapstick over the letters, so when i went and sprayed it all blue, the chapstick wipes right off and then you have the white under it, i saw it on a how to somewhere

yea i took it out, my header just has some little blue spots on it

i didnt use a how to on this, but its very simple

clean, sand, fill all the holes with paper towels, spray, spray, spray some more, spray and take your time as you go, very simple
