mix a little motor oil in a can of yellow caliper paint (or whatever color the boot is). paint the entire boot so it still looks normal. the paint won't dry cuz of the oil so when the guy comes to get the boot he'll get covered in yellow paint

Cliffs: He got booted, put it on rollers, put the car in his garage, told them he didn't need the car so they could get the boot whenever they wanted...

I was gonna say put the car on rollers, roll it to a garage and get the boot cut off but it already has been done before

Call up the PPA and complain. And once it gets towed, go to the impound lot w/your friends registration to try and get your car back.
