Idle Issue

Sense the temperature in the northeast this week has gotten above 55 degrees my idle has been really low, or fluctuating at times. Once the car has warmed up the idle drops down to about 400 rpms, and then the needle bounces back between 400 and 500. Any ideas as to what this could be/what will fix it.

There are no CEL's and it idles at 900 until it warms up.

I tried but when I went to do it it wouldnt turn either way. yes I did use the right size screw driver and no it didnt slip out, it just wouldnt turn

could b a couple of things, theres a couple of us getting helped out on idle problems like my self , check the post some of the things might b helpful.

idk if this will help but i had an idle problem a while back, once my car was warmed up the idle would fluctuate between 300 and 600.I just cleaned out my throttle body cuz it was really dirty..and adjusted my idle screw a lil bit then it was fine..
