how hard was it to hook up the s2k start button? and did you have to fit it into the dash or did you just remove a pop-out panel and stick it in (cant remember if there's anything there)

I actually just hooked the s2k button up to my remote start alarm. I use my ch4 to put the car in the on position, then start it with the button. when its all done, there will not be an ignition switch on the column. it will all be controlled by my alarm.

Nice looker bro, but just a bit of FYI on the keyless ignition. I had that done on my truck and I got poped by the popo big time a few times and always at the worst time possible... when they saw it had no key or ignition they thought it was stolen.. I mean I had the damn swat team out on my ass, face down in the dirt with the cufffs on till they figuered it out... Its a nice trick looks sweet but its a pain in the ass with the popo here in So Cal.

Just my two cents on that thing. Im going to bite off of yours and start looking into a right side drive for my ride...

lol.. no new pics.. it will be a while before there is anything else to post. It runs, it drives, i will be doing the bodywork soon. then she will be primer. then I can start the BPH cult.. black primer hatch heh. Maybe I will get off my ass and finish my HID headlamps. and get started on the tails.

havent really done much to her since I am able to get to and from work now. I actually put in a stereo today, now I have tunes, Fixed the problem with the vtec not working, I will be doing an oil change and puttin in the vafc this weekend. If all goes well she will be at Apex in tempe to get dyno tuned in the next week or so. Hmmm.. got the rear wiper to work, fixed the leak in the clutch line, and decided not to hook up the power steering. the damn thing turns great even in a parkinglot, so I think the PS pump would just waste HP. After she gets tuned I will bring her out to firebird raceway and see what I can do in the 1/4 with full interior, stereo, street tires and 6lbs of boost. I have to say.. I really love the bottom end power of the GSR motor over the b16. I wish I could have drivin it without the s/c to see how much of a difference it makes. I am kinda bummed out about the 7500 rev limiter tho. It was great revvin the other motor to 9k. After it cools off a bit I hope to get the rest of the bodywork done. March is comming up fast. World of wheels should give me some incentive. I also had someone offer me 12k as it sat.. was hoping I didnt make a mistake by not taking it. enough rambling. Hope to get my website up soon.. I will be posting lots o pics.

I agree, I just drove my friend's 5th gen w/ b18c1(basically stock) and I could really feel the difference over my stock b16. I was jealous to tell the truth, the bottom end was way more powerful.

theres no replacement for displacement bro, im iching to do frakenstien build up - b20b block, gsr head, type r cams.
